Error when transferring between currencies

Hi,

Did any of you had this message when tried to transfer from USD to EURO. And what is the Solution?

Error: "At this time, we don’t support transferring to a balance whose currency is the same as your local currency"

    Hi there,

    This means that it is not possible to manage currencies if the currency matches the currency of your country. The alternative here would be to use the Withdraw to Bank system, as this would do the conversion for you.
