Why can't i withdraw all my funds to my bank account??

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue here with making a withdrawal to my bank account. I have $84.80 available in my balance but whenever i try to withdraw all of it to my bank, i am only seeing $60.80 available for withdrawal and i am not not able to withdraw more than that. Why can't i withdraw the remaining $24? I wrote to payoneer concerning this and they gave me an unrelated answer (about ordering a new card) which is quite disappointing. I have withdrawn to my bank account before so this isn't the first time. Can this be resolved as i need my funds urgently?

    This indicates an unpaid fee of your account. Once this fee is deducted, the available balance will match the actual balance.
