Paypal Refund

Hi,

 

I bought an item through the site eBay (with PayPal), and the total got deducted from my Payoneer card balance. However, I asked for a refund and PayPal says it was "completed", however, there's a note stating that the money was transferred back to my card, and I don't see it in my transaction list.

 

What could be the matter and how can I solve this?

Refund transactions can take a few business days to be processed. Generally "completed" by PayPal means they initiated the transfer - so it should be processed soon.

I have the same problem, paypal says that the refund is sent back directly to my card, but I don't see it on my payoneer account.
Does it really take a few days to appear?
And how many days approximately does it take to be processed?
