How to escalate/complaint Payoneer? Delayed refund


Does anyone know how to escalate a case or file a complaint against Payoneer?
My last withdrawal was rejected by the bank on Dec. 30th, it takes payoneer 14 working days to show the amount back in the account.
In my case this should be Jan 21st.
Till this moment the amount is not shown in my payoneer account.
The CS support stated that my request " is being reviewed by the concerned dept". didn't they have 14 working days already to review the refund?

I need to escalate this issue that this is my December paycheck.

    Hi there,

    After having looked into your case myself I see that the complaint is already being escalated accordingly.

    Just to provide some more information - the reason it takes 14 working days to get the funds back is not because we spend time reviewing it. In fact, the reason is because the transfer is sent through a different way when funds are returned, than they are when they are sent. This is why it takes longer and why the situation is out of our control until the funds actually returned.

    Since it's been over that time we've escalated the matter internally. The next step would be to check our system to see if the payment's actually arrived, and if not, check with our bank.

    Something that also can be helpful is a confirmation from your bank that they have rejected the transfer. The confirmation would be able to be used by us to escalate the matter with our providers, if need be.
