Payment Pending After All Verification

Hello Payoneer,

I have done all necessary verification and even processed one payment from my client (the client recommended payoneer and the first payment was very fast I was impressed). For the second payment, it is taking considerable long - status is still pending. No correspondence yet from payoneer. Since I do regular business with this client, is this going to be a regular thing? Our business really depends on speed and efficiency. Please have this sorted.

    Please be advised that any payment coming into our systems, is subject to a review by our payments department. In such cases, you will be asked to submit documents to verify this payment. It looks like you were able to contact our support team and have your issue resolved.
