Fiverr Withdraw is pending

I made a withdraw from fiverr to payoneer but I don't get any confirmation email or anything..when I check it in payoneer I saw its in under review..Note: Payoneer support merged my old account to this new account..Because I need to add usd balance option in my account so they told me I have to create new account then they will merged it..My old account was verified..what should I do now..?Last 4years I'm using payoneer.First time I faced those problem..Help me please
