Payment under review for more than 24 hours

Hello, I am writing to you because I think that I am experiencing some problems with an upcoming transaction. Yesterday I made a transaction from my UpWork account to the one here on Payoneer. Usually, the transaction is made within a few minutes and with this one, it has been more than 24 hours and still nothing. I am paying $2.5 for each transaction so that it would be an instant one and I would not have to wait. It says that the transaction is under review and it is listed under upcoming transactions. I contacted an agent of yours yesterday and she said that I need to get back to you in case the transaction has still not been made after 24 hours. I tried contacting you on the live chat but it says that you are not working over the weekend. I sent you a message but you still have not answered. So I am writing here. I am worried about my transaction.
