no card, no 4 last digit

hi!
i want to tell payoneer support people that i never receive the card but when i want to do it they ask me the last 4 digits, but i dont have those digits because i dont have the card.

also i want to ask for my password accound but they ask me again for those digits..

 

any help?

    You will need to wait until you receive the card in the mail before you can reset your password (if you have forgotten it). If the card hasn't arrived and the estimated arrival date has passed, you should contact our customer support department for details: http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx
