When will the account review complete and account will be approved?

I have asked to give my photo ID and Global payment Service question answers. I have given the Photo ID and answers. It is said form support center that within 3 business days I will get a mail if any details needed. But after 7 days i didn’t get any mail about review completetion and account approvement. What should I do now?
