Payment pending due to ID verification

Hi!

I have a pending payment to receive. I already sent my TIN ID but I was emailed back that they need something else. I don't have a passport or driver's license and national ID is not yet available in our area. I only have my verified TIN ID which one of your moderators said is still accepted.

Kindly help me. I need the money.

    @viraamazonxperts Hello,

    In order to verify the payment that is pending you need to submit a valid government issued photo ID. They must be in card form, we do not accept any paper form government IDs any more. Such examples are a passport, the social security card, voters ID, Postal ID. All these must have the back side as well.
