Can't Make Payment

Hello. I received funds in the Payoneer account but I am not able to Make Payment. Pls, can someone help!

Hi,
This indicates that you've not received enough qualifying payments to be able to use this feature.
Payments that qualify towards this activity include all payments received from companies that pay with Payoneer, or the Global Payment Service. The exact amount of payments you must receive to your Payoneer account to activate the service varies depending on the service through which you received the payments. The amount also varies depending on your revenue source.
Once you have been active enough to receive payments from one or more of the services listed here, the Make a Payment service will be enabled for your account.
