global payment service questionnaire

Hi i am facing a problem since 4 months

My Customer ID 31836131
I have submitted global payment service questionnaire on 27 September 2019
since 4 months my status is shows ( Submitted )

and also Updated address on 27 November 2019
since 3 months my status is shows ( Submitted )

what does ( Submitted ) status means?
my account is verified or not?

i have contacted 3 times with customer care centre but they did not answer me yet.

i want to with draw my money from fiverr to payoneer , and payoneer to my local bank ,
i am worried about it , kindly please help me.

    Please be advised that your account is already approved and ready to be used.

    Any documents you have submitted will go into review once you start receiving payments. However there is no Fiverr funding source linked to your account. In order to link your new mass payout company to your existing account, please perform the following steps:

    Enter to your online account with your new mass payout company.
    In your online account, select Payoneer as your payment method. Then you will be directed to our registration page.
    Please click "Already applied for a Payoneer account? Click Here!" (This will usually appear on the upper right corner)
    Verify your personal details.
