I am stuck in adding funding source.

Hello, I mistakenly added my brother's payoneer account with my fiverr account. I contacted the fiverr support to remove the payoneer account so that I could add my payoneer account with this fiverr account. I also contacted payoneer support to remove the funding source(this fiverr) from my brother's payoneer account and they removed.

Now when I try to add payoneer account with that fiverr account it redirects to another page mentioned
"It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application.
Please contact our Customer Support department for more details. "

I tried a lot of time to add payoneer account but unable to add. Can you please resolve this problem for me? It is a huge problem and I am stuck here for 15 days.

May be the payee ID is not removed completely so I can't add the account to any payoneer account.
