Unable to withdraw from USD currency?

I am expecting a payment in USD in a couple of weeks.

I logged into my Payoneer account and I noticed I am unable to withdraw from the USD currency.
The USD currency has a card linked to it but it has expired.
I have linked my bank accounts and I can withdraw just fine from the EUR and GBP currencies.
Also, I tried transferring between currencies and I can only transfer between EUR and GBP.

I tried contacting Payoneer support through phone but I keep getting disconnected.
When I sent en email all I got back was a generic response telling me how to withdraw, which I already know how to do.
I also tried the chat but I haven't used Payoneer enough so I am unable to chat, the chat just gets closed.

Could someone from Payoneer support please get in touch with me so we can resolve this issue.

    You will need to order a new USD card, as that is the method in which you registered for the account. once you request a new card and activate, then you can start using our other services. To submit a request for the card, you will need to contact our support team. Please use the link below:
