If I merge 2payoneer accounts will I have 2 cards in one account and should verify each account 1st?

I have 2 payoneer accounts. The first one has an expired Card and the second's one has not expired yet. The first has a verified identity and another one is still without identity verification. Currently I need to change my national id so I cant verify it now, besidesI need money withdrawal as soon as possible. I am thinking to merge both accounts. is that possible? Will I be able to use the second account card in my first account? is it ok that I dont verify identity for the second account before merging? thanks
