Blocked Card - Support center never answer my questions!!

Hi all!
I would like to know if you have the same issue that I have.
My card was blocked ( due inactivity I think ) and I can't activate it again.
I've sent a tons of messages to the support center, but always send me an automatic response ( that doesn't help me).
I've read all FAQ questions but now ones help me.

Do you. have responses from Support center?

    @juancruzmdq Hello,

    It appears you have an old card account that we no longer issue anymore at Payoneer. There were also no incoming payments ever coming into your account. You will have to create a new Payoneer account with a new email to be eligible for the card service again and any new features Payoneer has to offer.
