My account hasn't been verified

Good day I was asked to submit my national ID for account verification I did but it was rejected. I'm aware you think it's a scanned copy but it was given to me temporarily while the card is prepared ( I will be notified when it's ready) and it's the only ID I possess currently and this issue is currently delaying one of my payments. Is there a way to rectify this because I'm a student and I really can't get another form of ID right now.

    We can only accept physical forms of government documents. Unfortunately, we can not accept the one you provided. You will need to provide the requested documentation to further proceed.
