I have not received my payment into bank account yet.

I have not received my payment into the bank account yet. Its been 7 business days. I have already complained to Payoneer and they are tracking my payment. Is there any chance to get it or do I lose the payment?

    Please rest assure that transfers are never lost. They are usually most likely delayed or stuck at an intermediate bank. Our transfer department is working hard to locate the transfer. We ask you to kindly wait for an update via email.
