I am being asked 4th time for the Govt issued photo id. I have already provided my 2 IDs like Passport and National Id card but response is not accepted. what was the objection in those IDs? Even i took care of the requirements. What should i do now?

They always request that you should provide them with a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
In addition, they also require a clear photo of yourself holding both your government-issued photo ID and a piece of paper with today’s date handwritten on it.
Example of held ID
Please make sure that the government-issued photo ID exactly matches the details provided in your card application.
Please also make sure that the document is readable, shown in full from end-to-end, and has your name and date of birth displayed clearly in English.
Follow above suggestions and your issue will be resolved.

@afzalsearle Hello,
Please be advised that we need a clear picture of your government issued photo ID. The ones you you keep submitting are of insufficient quality or scanned copies. We need a physical picture of your government ID. Please retake the picture with good quality.
Thank you.
