Payment Receiving Delay

I am facing terrible issue in my payment receiving, i have already withdraw my last payment at 28th of Jan, till now, i have spoke with the support agents more than ten times but they are keep providing me false information, See some information provided by the agents.
1- We need 3-5 business days and now your payment will be in your account at 3rd Feb. False information and they didn't send me single email to update regarding the status.
2- At 3rd Feb i tried to contact and see their reply. There is some delay, we are checking the status of your payment and will keep you update via email. Till now, there is no single email regarding the status.
3-At 4th Feb, i called them and use their chat facility as well, again, there is no single reply from their end regarding the status update.
4- Similarly, 5th of Feb they told me we have generate the Ticket but they start lying as there was no ticket generated by any agent, i was the one who generated the ticket and they didn't answer me any status update.
Now, seven business days already spent and they are still looking the payment and they are keep saying 3-5 business day. I can also see they even don't read any single email and ticket update. I think payoneer will be the worst service provider in 2020. It's not the first time they have made such issue it's 5th time they are taking more than ten(10) days.
I will strongly recommend, if you guys havign small agency OR your payments are more than $2K/week then don't use the payoneer as they will create a big mess with your whole business as you need payments in time so, you can pay your expenses.

We do apologize for an inconvenience you have endured in regards to your delayed withdrawal. We see that your case was now transferred to our bank transfer department. They will perform an investigation to locate the delayed withdrawal. We want to explain to you what is occuring. At Payoneer we use intermediate banks to process any funds from your Payoneer account to your local bank account. The reason we do this is because Payoneer is not a bank, we are just a payment processing company.
In order to be able to transfer your funds to your local account, we have to use intermediate banks.
There are cases in which transfers may be delayed or stuck at these intermediate banks. This is where our bank transfer department initiates their investigation.They are trying to get in contact with the intermediary bank for a confirmation that your funds were transferred and processed or for further clarification on what occurred. However this does take time.
The reason is because different banks have different operating hours. Although we might be opened for certain hours during the day that does not guarantee that these intermediate banks are opened at those same hours.
So to combat this our department attempts to communicate with them via email. As of now there is no update for this case. As soon as there is one, you will be personally contacted by our department via email.
We understand this is not the predicament you want to be at right now, but they are doing everything they can to help locate these funds.
