Pioneer card

I had to got my card till 5th February. But there's nothing about it. Can you make clear that if my card was sent and when. Can we know where it can be? After what time I need to order a new one (but I don't want to pay once again ) or contact with you

    Please be advised that once the card leaves the shipping facility, we have no control. It then relies on your country's mailing system to have the card arrive to its destination. The only option you have right now is to order the card again via our support team:
