can't add a new bank

Hello, can anybody help me please?
I haven't a bank account added to payoneer . The problem is: I can't add a new bank cause this option is not visible for me when i go to "bank accounts". What should I do? Is this a bug? Can anybody help me please?

I try to contact the support but i've just been answered by the automatic service
