My account does not seem to be verified

This is my first time using Payoneer and I already don't have a good experience. I got my application approved, then upon logging in I was asked to upload my ID and give business details which I did, and I waited for three days. Payoneer said I'd get an email letting me know that my account is verified and good to go, after 3 days, nothing. Then I tried to Live Chat, but my chat requests get cancelled every time. Then I sent an email to Customer Support, again after 3 days, nothing. I check the Verification Centre, all it says is 'Submitted.' Please can someone from the staff here get to this. Really not customer-friendly, this interface.

    Hi @3DM. Your account is approved and ready to receive payments. Any documents you submitted will only go into review once there is activity on the account.

    Hi.. I have received a payment from my employer but it doesn't show in my account. I have already provided the necessary detail for account verification but I haven't received any message from my email for status confirmation. Please verify if there is anything that I need to do.
