Payment pending after 5 days

Hello everyone, this is strange and new to me. I am a new user of Payoneer. I recently got 2 payments successfully cleared on my account which were paid using the Global Payment Service. Now, I have a third payment which has being under review for 5 days. This is after submitting the required document requested of me. No email, No updates from Payoneer.

I reached out to Payoneer support through chat on the 6th of Febraury to make complains about this and the support rep assured me I would get a email update on that same day since reviews take 1-3 days. I waited but still got no email updates from Payoneer. Just to be sure, I also had to check my email spam folder just incase the email was mistakenly stored there, but still nothing from Payoneer.

Today makes it 5 solid days of waiting and my payment still pending. Please, I would appreciate any help from this community in resolving this issue.

    I am also experiencing the same thing. I am a new user and i uploaded my ID after my account was approved. i withdrew money from fiverr about 5 days ago but it was in pending payment. I contacted support and was informed i need to resend the ID, which i did and i was informed i will be contacted within 3 business days.

    Its over 3 business days and i have not received update about the ID review.
    It is annoying and a poor customer service for them not to reach out to give an update on the status of my money
