Blocked card

I have an account with Copa airline I used my card to purchase points an order to buy an itinerary back in August 26th 2019, my flight was canceled and i was left stranded and my flight had to be rescheduled I spent sometime at a hotel and my expenses where out of pocket Copa airline chose to reimburse my out of pocket expenses to the card used, and now my card us disabled because payooner can't justify the deposit. I have the corresponding purshase from payooner and the invoice email from copa corresponding to the deposit validating which is a rightful deposit with no flags attached and now payooner chose out of no where to block my card and restrict access from my account, I wouldn't recommend no one using payooner in any regard.
