my balance has been blocked for a long period of time now

Hi this is customer Id 35451762
My balance has been blocked for some days now,,, it over 6 business since my balanced was blocked
This account was been verified as at when opened and i received a payment of $144 from maxbounty but i wasnt able to withdraw it because the minimum threshold according to one of your customer service was not reached, so i continued my work with maxbounty , A day to my payment from maxbounty my id which was earlier created was removed and ask to be replaced but failed to do that.. and my moneey was sent to my payooner which went under upcoming payment as a result of unverified account....

Later that day i have to verify my account with same id but gotten rejected because it was slip issued by Government (national Id card slip) so i have to use my voters card for the submission since my slip was rejected

After submitting my voters card...some hours ago i check my account just to find out that my account was limited with balanced locked up my upcoming payment never reflected

so i contacted support but so poor in responds as some seems not to have enough info to what you really want....
Series of contact was made and i was told to wait for an email but it over 6days now i been waiting no responds from the email department and the admin dont know why my balanced was been blocked

It unfair of payooner how customers are been treated...series of complain and they seems doing nothing over people's fund....just need a full refund please
i have over 239$ on my payooner account..Help please
