How can i cancel my withdrawal?

Hi there,

There is some one who can help me to tell me that how can i cancel my withdrawal to my bank account because today after getting the payment proff im showed this to my bank and they clearly says that they never received the payment in my company account so i need to cancel it and make withdrawal to my personal bank account did you guys cancelled it and so im able to withdraw this money to my personal account if possible so please make it soon.
406usd i need to cancel it and refund it to my payoneer account so i'll withdraw it in my personal account.

However your case is already with our bank transfer department, they are working hard trying to contact the intermediary banks we use to find our more information in regards to the delay and what can be done to process this payment.
