Hi again and sorry for the second post. I couldn't write this on my former post because it is closed,
I provided the verification step (one hand national ID and the other hand today's date) you requested today. Could you please approve my account before the weekend please? Because it's an urgent situation.

    Hi @nightcarbine. You have to wait for the information you submit to be reviewed. Allow 3-5 business days and a member of support should contact you to confirm if your documents were accepted.
