Everything on my acc confirmed 3 days ago, but averytime I want to convert currency from dollar wallet to euro I only get "something went wrong try again "

Why this and what should I do?

    This sounds like it could be a technical issue.

    To resolve this technical issue we suggest that you attempt the following:

    • Clear your browser cache and cookies

    • Use another browser

    • Use the Private Browsing feature of your browser
