My ID/Passport/Driving License is not being accepted. what can I do?
My transaction is held under review and I have been asked to provide ID/Passport/Driving license. I uploaded all three one by one and it is not being accepted. I don't know why it is not being approved and support center doesn't really help. the pictures I uploaded are clearly visible and one time I even scanned and uploaded in pdf file format. how can I know the details of why it is not accepted and how to resolve it?
