Account Name - Typo

I have been trying to set up my account for about a week now... a few days ago (on 15 Feb), I noticed that my surname has a typo (I mixed up two of the letters). I guess I was typing too fast. I sent a request in using the form and included my State ID with the original message. I haven't received a message/it hasn't been updated to reflect the correct spelling yet.

Please help, I'd like to get back to work - and won't do that until I have my payment provider (Payoneer) set up correctly. Thank you.

    Hi @ValerieAnne. Our team need a picture in better quality picture from your ID in order to proceed fixing your name. The picture provided by you is too blurry. Please enter your payoneer account account and upload the new image as soon as possible. Let us know via private message once you do it.
