Payoneer and Upwork account

Hi, my customer ID is 36312183.
Anyhow, I just linked my Payoneer and Upwork account yesterday(Tuesday 18th Feb.) and on Upwork I got a message my Payoneer card (with the number fb9b1a73) will soon be shipped and I'll get an email from Payoneer. I'm a bit confused now as I thought I have to order the card from Payoneer's website.
Long story, do I automatically get a Payoneer card when I link the accounts or do I have to order from Payoneer. The card is a debit card and I would like to cancel my application. I am sorry for every incovenience. Thanks .

    Hi. We can't see any card linked to your Payoneer account. Also we can't see any email sent by Payoneer mentioning card.

    It was an email from Upwork? Probably they use the term "Payoneer card" as a way to refer to your Payoneer account.
