Followup: Bank account keeps getting rejected

I'm opening a new discussion because the previous one was closed without a solution:

As I've stated, the bank is a digital bank, so there's no way to get a physical paper statement.
Also, the screenshot I submitted does contain all the information requested:

Bank Name
Bank Logo
Account Name
Account Number
Routing/Swift/etc
Bank account type (savings, checking)

But still it keeps getting rejected!
What should I do??

    Hi there,

    To restate what @GianmarcoPayoneer advised in the previous thread, the issue here is that our team is asking for a bank statement. A remittance slip, which is the document that you'd been submitting (and subsequently, has been rejected 6 prior times) is not acceptable as it is not a bank statement. It is, additionally, a web screenshot whereas we need the original version of this document.

    May have to ask your bank for a statement on this one.
