Currently not receiving payments

I live in Samoa and its my first time to use Payoneer since I need to receive overseas payment. Its been a month now since I submitted the requirements and the company that I did some freelancing work with tried to sent payment but they got a respond that I'm currently not receiving payments. I've tried contacting Payoneer but still didn't get a respond til now. Would love to get some help to resolve this issue.. :( :'(
