Why my payment still under review

Hi i received a payment from bugcrowd
Since 12/2
I didn’t receive any mail to tell me I received after 8 days i checked my account i found out that’s my payment is still under review since 12/2
I don’t know why or what to do or what informations required to make it appear in my balance i made a ticket at support center it’s been 3 days and there’s no reply or update from support
