Verification Issue Still Unresolved and Funds Pending

Hi guys
I'm really in need of help here cause I'm about to break down. I registered for payoneer account around last year to link my Fiverr account to it. And I recently transferred my hard earned funds to payoneer, only for it to be pending up till now. When I contacted payoneer live customer care I was told the previous ID I uploaded was of bad quality that's why my funds are still pending.
Recently I uploaded another scanned copy of my Driver's licence because that's the only form of verification I have. Payoneer told me it was a copy of a copy I sent.
Now out of frustration I had to go and scan my Driver's ID again so as to clear my funds, up till now there's still no response from the customer team.
***Please I want to ask what should I do as I withdrew all my Fiverr funds and I only have my Driver's licence. For the new verification I sent a scanned copy of the back and front sides. *****
I hope Payoneer is seeing this I hope they can work on my payments cause I need it to pay for my wife that's about to put to bed.

Hello @Mayowa,
Please do not scan your government issued ID. It seems to be causing the problem. Please take a photo of your government issued ID with a camera or a phone. Do not scan it.
