Account is under review for more than a 10 days...

My account is under internal review for more than a 10 days... I just withdraw money from Upwork to Payoneer, and told upwork to withdraw money back to my upowork account, and they blocked my card... It is around 10,11 days from then...

I am working with payoneer card almost every day, i need it.... Please can you solve it or can i contact your "employee" about this, i need it to be done in next few days!!?

Do i need to provide some doucments or whatever you need? Please work on it!
