Stuck in Bank Account Action Required. No Open Requirements under Settings->Verification Center

I created an Account on Feb 22 , 2020. It is still stuck in Bank Account Action Required. There are no open requirements ( under Settings->Verification Center ) or Emails asking for further information.

I tried to raise a support ticket , but always getting an automated email.

Can someone please suggest what is the proper email address where I can get a correct response.
