Payoneer in JazzCash

Hey Everyone,
As most of us know that JazzCash introduced the Payoneer Withdrawl option and like most of us I gave it a try when it was released. I linked my Payoneer Account but since then it always shows my Balance $0 in JazzCash App. I've trying to contact them but they have no clue why this is happening and they keep telling me to contact Payoneer. So my question is did anyone face this issue and got it resolved? If yes, how? And if this is from the Payoneer end I would appreciate if one of their representatives provides me with a response.

    You said you've linked it - have you actually performed the withdrawal from Payoneer to Jazzcash? It is not automatic. If you make the transfer from Jazzcash you shouldn't have problems.

    No, I cannot withdraw any amount because JazzCash says i don't have any balance in my Payoneer account. JazzCash recently gave an option to delink the Payoneer account. So de-linked my Payoneer and tried to re-connect Payoneer with JazzCash. But now when I tap "Link Account" in JazzCash and it takes me to Payoneer login, I log in to my account and Payoneer shows an error "Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account".
    I don't understand why this has become the most difficult issue for Payoneer and JazzCash to resolve. Both partners are unable to understand and surely unable to provide a seamless connection and services.

    There's really not a problem between JazzCash and Payoneer. Your original post stateds that you linked JazzCash to Payoneer and it shows a $0 balance. You have to actually withdraw the funds from Payoneer to JazzCash, and JazzCash has specific instructions on how to do this on their website.

    The way to resolve your issue is to, simply, create a new account with the JazzCash payee. Then our team can combine that new account with the existing account.
