No balance on card

Hi, I’ve tried reaching out to all communication channels payoneer has (email, twitter, PM w/ admin) but still havent gotten any reply. I have received money last Tuesday but until now it still doesnt show on my prepaid card. Can someone help me resolve this. I have not used the card in two years but it still says Active on the app. Thank you.

    @shangomar Hello,

    Your funds are not drifting from the balance to the card because we need to verify your ID. The government issued photo ID was rejected because the information on it was not able to be read. Please take a clear picture of your government issued photo ID that shows all the information and no lens flare on it. PLease submit it via your My Account.
