Don't have the "order new card" option in my account.

Hello There!
I was not using payoneer a lot for last couple of years. I have a card already but today I checked and found that the card is already expired.
I am a freelancer and was out of work for last couple of years. Now I want to resume to work again and for that reason I want to reactivate my payoneer account. But the problem is, I can not find the option to order a new card in my account. So I messaged the payoneer support team; the automated e-mail replied as follows;

"The option to order the card will become automatically available on your online Payoneer account once you have received at least $/€/£ 100 in payments, not including in-network payments (Make a Payment) and payments from e-wallets such as Paypal or Skrill."

Now the problem is how a person can send me money on my paoneer account from paypal? I meant what types of information do i need to provide him/her and where I can find those information?
