currencies managment issue

I live in the european union but all my payments on payoneer are in USD. I would like to turn all my USD into Euro without withdrawing my funds to my bank account, but when i try to convert my dollars, i've got an error message (in french) : "À l'heure actuelle, nous n'acceptons pas le transfert de fonds depuis un solde dont la devise est identique à votre monnaie nationale", which means "Currently, we do not accept the transfer of funds from a balance whose currency is identical to your national currency".

Does that mean there's no way to do what I want ?

    Hi there,

    This is correct. If the local currency of your country is the same as the currency you are trying to change to (i.e. EUR for France), it is not possible to change the currencies. The only way to do this is to use the withdraw to bank feature.
