7 Days Passed Payment Has not Arrived. Why it is taking so long?

Here are the two payments made by my client -

Transaction ID - 182019397 (3 Mar 2020)

and Transaction ID - 181992471 (3 Mar 2020)

Today is 10 March and I have not received a single dime. Why it is taking so long. I need to pay my employees.

Please revert asap
