question about receiving money on unverified account

i i want to creat an account in payoneer and i want to know if i can receive money without verify my account (i can confirm my mail and phone number ) but no id or credit card for the moment ,i talk only about receiving money and not spending
i just want to hold this money on my account and use them later after few months ,i can verify my account later

country : algeria
some : around 1500$

    Unfortunately no, you will need to have submitted every document asked of you because every payments that comes into our account is subject to a review. Once a review is initiated, all documents must be presented so the payment can process.
