Verification process is not good enough

I've been for almost 3 hours with the verification department and for some reason they won't aprove the picture of my national ID. I've sent different images taken with different cameras where my face and information is clear, and they keep asking for a better picture. Am I supposed to buy an iPhone X so they have great quality picture? Does anyone else have this issue?

    So after almost 4 hours, they decided not to accept any of my ID images. They want to "get a better phone" as if I can just go outside and see who can let me borrow their camera, or just buy a new one.

    Please be advised that we are regulated by the US government when it comes to reviewing documents. We have to follow strict guidelines in which documents we accept. We can not accept scanned and cropped images of the ID. If the ID is blurry or very pixelated, we will not accept them.

    Which is why we ask for a high quality picture of our clients ID to avoid delays.
    Please submit the requested information.
