MnM Member Posts: 2

I opened a case with Reference Number: 200312-017672, and i got an automated reply that did not help me since i could exactly pick the topic that explains my problem. So i wrote another case chose another topic (Reference Number: 200312-018446) and go same auto reply. I am would like to know if support going to reply to my mail or are the "auto reply based on subject i chose" mails not even reviewed by the support?

Kind regards.

I opened an account over website i use to sell virtual goods. I don't know what status they set for my account (online seller, business or freelancer, producer of virtual assets smth like that).
Now in verification i'm asked to "Answer a few questions about your business". Maybe its a standard procedure, but the wording is what confuses me. I do not own my business, btw after that below in questions it says "Provide the URL to your online store or website" - ok i do have a profile on that website and you have your own "store" but idk if thats what im asked.
"What is your connection to the website(s) provided?" - i can explain that also. Just worried and want to get the verification process fine, or swap my acc if it is made a business one by mistake.

Can you explain to me what is the difference for me as an end user when registering, between online seller and freelancer, producer of virtual assets?

The selection there doesn't matter much as the business data we are requesting is required for anyone.

Payoneer is a platform for freelancers to receive payment. So when we ask for business details like this, we're asking for you to tell us about the work that you do for payments. All payments must be received for these (business related) purposes.

Where it asks for a website, we ask for a website, or social media profile where you can be found for people who want to hire you, or a store.
