The Card has not arrived yet

Please, I need to activate my account to do transactions, my card has not arrived yet, the estimated time arrived 11 March 2020, and until now the card hasn't arrived yet..

    Payoneer does not give me the tracking number of card shipment, I can not track my Card..while the account must be activated with card number, how can I do transactions?.. I reported this to the Support Center, the responds do not help, always suggest reorder, reorder, reorder, reorder! How can I trust this system!

    Please be advised that once the card leaves the shipping facility, Payoneer has no control over the shipping location. It then relies on your country's mailing system to have the card arrive to it's destination. If your card was ordered via regular mail, we are not provided with any tracking number to locate the card.

    Also keep in mind, that if you contacted our support team via email, you will need to wait 3 to 5 business days for a response time. The best way to contact them is through phones or live chats. We are also available via social media (Twitter and Facebook )
