I haven't received money via Global Payment Service connected to my Payoneer account for over a week

My client wired money through the ACH Transfer method using the Global Payment Service connected to my Payoneer account a week ago but I haven't received it.
It's been more than 5 business days except for the weekend already.
But nothing yet.
I'd like to know the reason and how to do it.

    Please contact our support center, with the following information. You will need to provide a screenshot that the payment was sent from the partner/company. It must also have the Payment ID. This screenshot should showcase the payment amount and when it was sent over. Thank you.
