Why isn't my account approved yet?

Hello, I would like to inquire about the approval status of my Pioneer account. I have been asked for a copy of my passport and sent, but I have not been answered. Please speed up approval of my account. I need it. My customer number is 33128288. Thank you.

    I have the same issue. It is a week now since I opened my account. I have been asked additional information and documents which I provided but nothing happened. My is not approved yet. I sent two mails on that matter with no answer from Payoneer. It is frustrating.
    Please speed up the activation process I really need that account for receiving payment!
