Payoneer Account balance is blocked/How can i withdraw the remaining amount?

Now, the question is:

1. My Payoneer account balance is blocked so how can I withdraw my remaining funds from Payoneer? because there is no option to withdraw my balance. I am so confuse.

    same issue with me and no update from support howver i contacted them many times but even they dont know the reason and still tell em they dont have acess to info from their team
